Adopted at age 3 from Astana, Kazakhstan, Madina has grown up in various states along the East Coast of the U.S. with her adoptive family. At a young age, Madina held a fear of dogs due to being bitten and having other bad experiences with dogs. This began to change, slowly, after her parents got a family dog and as she began to hear her grandfather tell many wonderful stories about his childhood German Shepherd, “Pal”, who saved his life. In middle school, Madina became the local “dog sitter” in her neighborhood and has cared for animals since then.
Madina has a passion for serving people and helping them have the best relationship possible with their dogs. Nothing makes her happier than to get to do that every day with Sam Ivy!
